Been here almost an hour and nobody has been called to the back! I can see this place has only gotten worse, the ride to Fayetteville is definitely worth the drive! The ER here in Little Rock is a joke! I can't believe veterans are being treated this way!
Really nice staff, great Dr's, great speciality Dr's, Very limited handicap parking, if you're in a wheelchair u have to park at the very back of the parking lot so u can get out and in your car.

E R is bad place people being sent in while you wait treatment and your left out by staff acts like they don't care one way or other about vets but drs and most nurses try but with out the support staff behind them not much good
