McClaren did a great job on our new heating and cooling system. They worked hard and late hours to make sure we were never out of heat on a very cold week in December! Artie is very easy to communicate with and the whole process was smooth and simple.
I had an excellent experience with McClaren. Artie and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They recently replaced my AC unit, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Artie took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options before installation. We contacted McClaren for a second opinion after we were facing a huge expense to repair and replace our 2 gas furnaces. Mike and Sean were extremely knowledgeable and confident that our current furnaces could be repaired and even went the extra mile to activate the lifetime warranty on one of the units. My husband and I were both pleased with the team. They were very professional and courteous. Start to end the job was done on schedule. Answered all our questions in a way we understood. Recommend them highly. Cleaned up after themselves. If a problem occurred, we were to contact if anything were to go wrong.
We were freezing, without a boiler which leaked all its water and was permanently broken. McClaren was able to install a heat pump system in a DAY and had us warm again! So thankful . Very professional staff and all around excellent experience. Highly recommend!
