I had an excellent experience with McClaren. Artie and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They recently replaced my AC unit, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Artie took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options before installation. McClaren installed a new a/c and furnace for me. Scott and Eric did a great job. They were thorough, highly efficient, and answered all the questions I had. The McClaren experience spans over 20 years for us and we have never been disappointed. We chose to replace our 21 year old central air when it gasped its last breath in June. A few years ago, we had a problem with our old air conditioning unit that couldn't be diagnosed by 2 local HVAC-companies. One of our friends recommend McClaren; they came over and were able to identify and fix the problem quickly. Fast forward to today, and they installed both a new AC- and a heating system. Their service is great, and their technicians are knowledgeable and personable. I've dealt mostly with Mike and Shawn; they are meticulous and clear communicators. Highly recommend this crew!
The McClaren crew showed up on time, were courteous & friendly. They did a great job, cleaned up after they were done. We had a new furnace with central air when they were finished. Very pleased with their work & price.
