Had floors done yesterday. I couldn’t be happier with the results from this carpet cleaning service. They did an excellent job — my carpets and tile floor look absolutely brand new. Years of stains, dirt, and wear were completely lifted, and the difference is night and day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier carpet cleaning. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
Brian is an excellent cleaner, as well as being careful and considerate, and honest. Did I say an excellent cleaner? The wall to wall bedroom carpeting was transformed. Mc Cartin’s cleaned 2 rugs for us and did a wonderful job. We did not think that our bedroom carpet would even be possible to thoroughly clean again and it looks like new! It dried pretty fast and he did not use any products that left any fragrances. We highly recommend them!

As a new customer with McCartin's, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the carpet cleaning cost on February 10. When the appointment was scheduled, I was told over the phone that the cleaning would cost $0.50 per square foot. Unfortunately, when the service person finished the job, he said he charged $0.80 per square foot. The difference per square foot increased my anticipated total price from $350 to $464.
