No customer service. Would not honor warranty, then refused to work on my replacement heater.because I didn’t purchase the heater from them. Keep in mind, I purchased the 1st heater from them and the in ground pool itself. I got 2 years out of the heater. Spoke to the “owner” he said he would talk the the other owners and see if they would make an exception to do the work.
