I'm writing to share my experience with Bert McCarter at McCarter, Catron & East. April 10, 2017, I paid $1,500 via a phone order to Bert McCarter for a small legal issue. During our 8 am meeting on August 15, 2017, Bert McCarter decided he would not pursue the issue. During that meeting, I asked had the $1,500 been used, he responded no. I requested a refund.
