I smelled mildew when running the AC. Technician Landon inspected the coils and found mold starting to form. He performed mold treatment, coil cleaning, and air duct cleaning. He also helped me understand how clogged drain lines create moisture problems. After everything was cleaned, the mildew smell was gone completely. I’ve been breathing easier ever since.
