I smelled mildew when running the AC. Technician Landon inspected the coils and found mold starting to form. He performed mold treatment, coil cleaning, and air duct cleaning. He also helped me understand how clogged drain lines create moisture problems. After everything was cleaned, the mildew smell was gone completely. I’ve been breathing easier ever since.

My daughter has asthma, and despite keeping a clean home, her symptoms always seemed worse here than anywhere else. Out of desperation, I booked a duct cleaning service. Our air conditioner was using more electricity than normal, and the bill kept rising. Dirty coils and congested ducts were discovered by the specialists. They sanitized, cleaned the furnace, and performed a thorough deep cleaning. In order to prevent mold from growing again, they also recommended adding a UV light. The airflow much improved, and the system now operates more quietly. Excellent investment in efficiency and comfort.
