The service was good overall. There was some confusion about how many vents were included in the original appointment, but everything was clarified before they started. I appreciated that they didn't just proceed without explaining the additional work.
We had just finished replacing our flooring, so I wanted the HVAC system cleaned before putting the rooms back together. The crew covered the areas where they were working and were very careful around the new floors. They finished faster than expected and left everything neat.
I am blown away by the results! After a major kitchen remodel, my whole house was covered in fine drywall dust and my ducts were full of it. Every time the AC turned on, dust would puff out of vents. This crew did a post-construction deep cleaning that was absolutely perfect. They did 3 passes on each vent, HEPA vacuumed everything, and wiped down all registers. Zero dust now. My house finally feels finished and clean after months of construction mess. If you remodeled, you MUST get this done.
If you need air duct cleaning, look no further. These guys are the real pros. On time, uniformed, and extremely thorough. They cleaned 18 vents, 2 main returns, and sanitized the whole system. The air quality in my home is noticeably better and my HVAC system is more efficient.
It rained the day they came. The crew put on new boot covers every time they went in and out. My light carpet stayed perfect. They also put down tarps. My house was cleaner when they left than when they came. They respect your home. That is the first thing I notice.
