Terrible load pick up experience. Hot summer day reefer screaming temperature set to negative 10 and it’s been 3 hours. Once in 30 minutes I feel forklift vibration bringing the pallet. Very irresponsible on their end.
The security guards are so mean too much pressure they put on the driver if you no pickup number or wrong pickup number you must swing again on scale they domt tell you where to park until you get it done from your dispatch to find the pickup number then security showup he told me where to park till i get the pickup number very simple why the freaking guard shack didn’t say that from tge beginning instead of having hard time with them.
