Worse office ever they seem to think that everyone has all time in the world my first appointment took an hr and half majority of that was just waiting to be seen and my second appointment that was scheduled for 4pm I went for my results I got there 30 minutes earlier and waited and hour with a crying baby and a toddler they called in someone who came in after me so I left because they were technically already closed and I wasn't going to wait another hour
Very caring and quick to get testing if needed
The wait time was over an hour. Literally an hour and a half so these physicians here in Abilene expect us to be at their mercy. They won’t see us until we pay them however we are supposed to wait until they feel like they should see us after they’re overbooked and then if you voice your concern. All the staff does is become rude.
Best bunch of people...Excellent care for at least 7 years...Don't have a clue what some other people are whining and crying about...Maybe yall the mean ones..Yall lucky to have Dr McCain and staff.. If you feel otherwise, go somewhere else.
