Shockingly rude. Not sure if he was born without basic human decency or hates his life so much that he takes it out on everyone else.

I called and told what was going on with my car on a Friday and he was able to start on my car the following Tuesday.He kept me informed and called to update me .He is very professional and got my car is fixed as soon as the parts came in.I'm very satisfied.
