I write this with a heavy heart. I have been using MC Auto for over five years. Up until this point they had high prices but good service. The service has declined. I put my vehicle in for repair for a sunroof, last year, it took one week to fix and then in a few days the sunroof broke. Took it back and they fixed it again in a day. 7 months later it broke again. Took it to them and then it really got worse. It took over two weeks for me to receive my vehicle. Be careful having your vehicle worked on here. First off, the woman at the office is beyond unpleasant to deal with. She has an attitude with everyone that enters the office. I don't know how people return because I would not but the mechanics are professional, except for the electrician that comes in a few days out of the week. He charged $100 for work he did not perform, but we were refunded, never again. Wow!! They replied with a lie but I know what goes on there. WHATEVER!!
