We recently closed on a house with some structural issues in the basement. Working with McAuliffe was such a smooth process from beginning to end - their initial inspection was at a good price and they put together a detailed report that helped us get credit in our home purchase price. McAuliffe Contractors have replaced the load bearing beam in our basement. The whole process from initial assessment till final clean up was very transparent and easy. Even though we were not present at the house during the repair, we had timely communications with Tom and Kathleen about all aspects of the job.
