Life savers! We have an ancient washer/dryer that we pulled out of storage and 2 of the 4 support bolts vanished. I needed replacements fast, but the screws have long since been discontinued. Rose asked us to bring in a sample and was able to find a suitable equivalent in minutes. So nice and helpful too.
