I have owned Mercedes, bmw and Volvo for over 10 years. I have been to most of the non dealership repair shops for these brands. My only regret is I didn’t find these guys sooner. Here is an example of great service. When I was checking in the phone was ringing I told the staff member he could get the phone his response was great ... ‘you are my number one priority right now’ That is the best! Finish the task at hand with the customer right there in front of you. They were prompt with calling me back on the status of my car.... read more
