I have owned Mercedes, bmw and Volvo for over 10 years. I have been to most of the non dealership repair shops for these brands. My only regret is I didn’t find these guys sooner. Here is an example of great service. When I was checking in the phone was ringing I told the staff member he could get the phone his response was great ... ‘you are my number one priority right now’ That is the best!
