Kenny was helpful from start to finish he made the entire experience pleasant
Anyone owning a MB learns that properly done M work can take more time (and costs more) than the same job on a non MB car. Then there is value. The value to me with MBT is the sense that the requested and needed work was done carefully & properly. A couple of items that need attention in the future were noted with no upsell. A 5 star review.
Talen was very knowledgeable in Mercedes . He repaired my tire and informed me of other issues. Overall it was a great experience. I will be back very soon!
