Very honest and upfront… very precise and accurate grade A service
My experience with both the Chamblee location and the Norcross location has been nothing less than stellar. The team helped me out with an issue I was having with my vehicle and another shop. The situation was stressful for me and the MBT team made sure I felt heard and equipped me with important information about my car which helped me tremendously in the long run. Anyone owning a MB learns that properly done M work can take more time (and costs more) than the same job on a non MB car. Then there is value. The value to me with MBT is the sense that the requested and needed work was done carefully & properly. A couple of items that need attention in the future were noted with no upsell. A 5 star review.
