Fair prices, extremely helpful & knowledgeable staff
I took my Mercedes-Benz to MBS Southampton for repairs, expecting the problem to be resolved professionally. Unfortunately, not only was the initial issue not properly fixed, but new problems have started appearing day by day. This has caused me unnecessary stress and additional expenses. I expected a higher standard of service from a specialist Mercedes workshop, but sadly, that was not the case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Work done professionally with plenty of communication and options offered along the way allowing me to be in control of the whole process.
