Terrible. Do not book with Sapphire under any circumstances. I made a booking for a massage in the cbd. I had a meeting that went longer than expected so emailed them one hour before to ask to push back the massage time. They failed to answer the email (there is nothing in their email correspondence to say you can’t communicate with them that way and the email didn’t bounce back).
