I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this psychiatrist and office. The staff and provider were unprofessional and didn’t follow through with what I asked for or needed. Communication was poor, and it felt like he wasn't really listening or taking my concerns seriously I left feeling unheard and frustrated. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and reliable mental health professional. Very rude. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
Dr. Brown has been an incredible asset to my mental health care. He treats me with respect, kindness, and dignity, and always makes me feel welcome. His office is very comfortable, which makes appointments feel less stressful and more supportive. I also really value his thoughtful approach — he explains medications clearly, goes over both the benefits and things to watch for, and helped get everything dialed in so I could reach a much healthier place. Regretfully, I had a bad experience with Dr. Brown and his staff. When I first walked in, the receptionist ignored me, and Dr. Brown chastised me for being a few minutes late. He suggested I reschedule for next month, but since I had driven a long distance to see him and waited almost two months for the appointment, I decided to proceed. Throughout the interview, I felt hostility from Dr. Brown, as though he couldn't move past the fact that I was a few minutes late.
