4h trying to insure a car. All I get is voicmails. Then no one calling you back. Horrible. Service. Agents aren't on calls, doesn't pick up Calls. Just send you to voicemail. And over again same thing. Terrible expirience.
Kylie Bruce is a phenomenal agent. I wish more were like her.
