Love this gym, the culture is so nice and environment is supportive of whatever kind of training I want to do! Whether weights or calisthenics or just rehab, this gym has everything you need. My one caveat is the age of the hip thrust machine, wish they would upgrade it to a newer version with a better strap for the hips
I’ve been a member here for a few years but hadn’t been training consistently, so I decided to do the 10 week challenge a couple of weeks ago to get myself back into a routine. It’s been a great way to get motivated and back into training. The PT's Jaka and Riley have been really supportive throughout the challenge and are always happy to share their knowledge and help with technique, which I’ve really appreciated. Really friendly gym. Always feel safe and supported in there. Great team too!
Such a great gym with a really nice welcoming environment. There's plenty of space downstairs and upstairs to warm up (timed right around the classes held upstairs). All the cable attachments are available and easily found in the same spot each week, heaps of dumbbells and squat racks and all the equipment you need. Also super handy it's in between two supermarkets and the health food stores on Cato Street and Commercial Road.
