Nice gym - good vibes!
The gym is outdated and semi unclean, there are so many more gyms in the area that don’t hold you to a 12 month contract when you wish to leave. Take my advice shop around the area and you will find a bounty of far better gyms with excellent equipment and less archaic membership policies I recently tried to put my membership on hold as I was going away to work for 3 months and found out they charge $5 a week to keep your membership on hold. Melbournes Gym scene review #2 Great initiative by management to offer a 7 day free trail of gym & all classes offered. Gym floor: Leg room spacious though not sure why Leg extension is in adjacent training area. Good set up & range of dumbbells Barbells, & benches. 2 4 way stations high quality steel & cables. 2 top range Power Racks easy adjustment supports. 2 Smith machines well balanced.
