I needed the gaskets replaced on my exhaust system. I wasn’t sure how to explain what was going on, but as soon as I turned my car on, the owner, Mike, knew exactly what it was. I dropped off my vehicle at 0900 and it was ready at 1200.Honest and friendly staff. I’m glad found this place. I will be coming here from now on.
It was my first time visiting MBS. I'm in the auto business myself. I've been working at car dealerships for the last 13 years. I've dealt with enough technicians, service writers, managers. Mike, Keith and Debbie offered SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They fixed and improved my custom car's exhaust system! They took extra time to explain and offer me different remedies. The knowledge that these three have impressed me as I they now have a customer for life!
So glad I found an honest and cost effective automotive shop. They are all so friendly, I really appreciate how welcome they make me feel as I always have to wait with my car during repairs. I also appreciate that they always get me in and out as quickly as possible. If I could give more stars I would. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.
