I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received here! From the moment I walked in, they were honest and upfront. Instead of trying to upcharge me or perform a diagnostic they knew they couldn’t repair, they went above and beyond to actually help me. After I mentioned struggling to get a call back from the dealership (since I can only drop off my car on Saturdays), the mechanic personally called the dealership for me. New in town and got referred here from an employee at Autozone. So glad we did! Took the car in on a Saturday, they were able to see us same day. Did the repair at a very reasonable price...when we drove off, check engine light came back on. Took it right back and MBS fixed it straight away. Very communicative, helpful, and overall great people! Very satisfied and will be bringing my other vehicles to be serviced here in the future.
