Called all around to e bike shops to get a tire fixed. These were the only guys that could fix my name brand bike. They were on point with what was needed and fixed the mirrors on the bike that I put on the wrong side without charging me. Taking my second e bike there tomorrow. Their customer service was stellar. Will get all of my repairs done there as long as they don't change. Prices were less than the other bike shops I researched.
Recently took my bike into Mello Fellos to repair cracked carbon fiber handlebars. Handlebars were fully integrated so turned into a significant amount of work to replace the bars, rerun the cables, and bleed the brakes. Quality of work was excellent, and communication was good. Thanks!
Ryan, Greg and John are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am 3000 miles from home but with these gentlemen I feel very welcome. They took me right into the shop and had me back on my Pinarello in a couple of hours. Thank you guys. Please patronize this business, they know what they are doing and the charges are more than reasonable. Thank you again.

These guys are soo nice and hooked me up with converting my drop bars on a specialized Tri Cross aluminum bike to a flat bar setup better for biking in the city. Staff are super flexible and helped shorten the bars after installation - they seem to genuinely care that you are happy with the right setup.
