I was in the market for a new bike, and had the best experience with this shop! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. The store has good vibes and a great inventory. I got a great deal on a bike, and I am extremely pleased! It was ready much sooner than I expected! If you are looking for a bike shop in Seattle, check this one out!
I've had Mello Fellos do several tune-ups of my e-bike both from their mobile repair van on the Fred Hutch campus, and more extensive work at their shop on 6th Ave. They do great work and unlike some other big shops in the area, they are friendly and provide excellent customer service. Case, in particular, is a gem. He's passionate about what he does, provides good education (I always learn something new when he does a tune up), and I always feel that he's giving things to me straight. I trust that guy! Such a friendly and helpful place! Have a Pedego ebike and got a flat in the middle of just cruising around town. Never been here before but Mello Fellos was able to squeeze me in for a repair during a REALLY busy time of the day for them. People with all sorts of bikes (road, electric, commuter) were coming through to pick up and drop off. These guys are amazing! Lex is a freeking rockstar. He curated the perfect ebike for me and went to great lengths to find adapters so that I could attach a carrier to bring my dogs with me on rides. Thanks for everything! Oh and Ryan rocks! The owner was awesome and engaged with everything on the floor. I visited a few times and I saw this place in action. Enough wonderful. Things cannot be said about this shop. Looking forward to revisiting you guys for all of my needs!
