Just an all around great shop, team, and experience. Not only is the location and pricing great, but the team is awesome. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and certainly the best bike shop in Seattle. I would recommend this shop to anyone- friends and family. Already looking forward to my next visit for more bike accessories!
Jon went above and beyond to repair my torn-out headlight after immediately diagnosing a tricky issue with my e-bike motor. He took the time to MacGyver a solution while I waited, so that I didn't have to buy a new headlight. He also explained what he was doing with appropriate detail and made the experience interesting and inclusive. Thanks to Jon and the many other lovely people at Mello Fellos, I'm recommending this shop to everyone I know.
My wife and I had a fantastic experience purchasing our Urban Arrow from Mello Fellos. Jesse was extremely helpful, taking the time to walk us through the bike and answer all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming.
