Terrible! They are so arrogant and rude. Wont ever buy from them again!
It's always unpleasant when you need to leave a bad review but the service department of this Dealership have provided a lifetime cure of ever considering this brand again in any form. The sales experience was excellent as you would expect but a simple request to charge a discharged battery and clear fault codes on a 8 month old AMG ended in a 14 hour bill at $320 per hour with the charge being initially reduced to 10 hours then a further $1000 was refunded when the charge was incorrect and the vehicle returned with the same... read more
Great sales staff, mica cafe in the same building facing the river is excellent. Good waiting facilities while servicing vehicles . Even have good massage chairs now. Can work while you wait quite comfortably. Special mention to Ro who works there. An epitome of customer service . He is dedicated switched on and customer focused. Yet professional and polite in his manner. Another notable gentleman is soft spoken Callum who is polite and customer focussed and knowledgeable
My husband and i recently stopped in at Mercedes-Benz and were spoken to by Sales Consultant Jasmine. She was absolutely lovely to deal with, very open about being new to the role, which we found honest and refreshing. Even though she’s still learning, she took the time to make us feel welcome and was wonderful with our kids, which really stood out to us. It was only a short visit but it left a really positive impression. We’ll definitely be back to purchase our car from her once she’s qualified.
