I recently had issues with left front light flickering. Got very average service when I walked in to the service area to question what to do. Thankfully as I was leaving pretty frustrated - I met Sam on my way out who straight away knew what to do. He booked me in. Explained what I needed to do in the lead up to the appointment and managed everything from there. Peter did a great job. Service department damaged my car on the joists which required specialist body repair. This was not satisfactory however was resolved well
