Great yoga classes and amazing teachers. I love the space and the way they pace the classes out! Highly recommend.
I have been a member of mbody for a year now. When I first started practicing yoga I had a significant pain in my knee. Yoga helped, I see a lot of improvements in how I feel overall. I love the studio, I love it that they heat up the room to around 84 degrees. I did yoga at home a few times and I missed the warmer room, plus nobody else was there so it wasn’t as amazing.
