Maddie Robertson has been a great physical therapist as I have navigated lower back and IT band issues and now shoulder replacement surgery. She uses my personal strength and mobility data that she gathers to inform my physical therapy program. Those data along with her professional experience have enabled me to make steady progress with my shoulder recovery. Maddie is always positive and is concerned with the whole person. I highly recommend her!
Until I found mBody, I didn't think it was possible to walk down the street without back pain. I've been working with Maddie and Keeley and they have given me the strength and skills to handle any type of pain that comes up.
I had a great experience at mBody with Dr. Kelley Lindstrom, who worked with me to find and address the underlying root causes of my back pain, and develop a routine I could do on my own after I "graduated" from PT so that my issues didn't reoccur.
I've had a stubborn shoulder issue since a weed-pulling incident in May. I started working with Kelley Lindstrom after paying for regular chiro and massage for moths, without a meaninful long-term improvement, a couple of months ago, and almost immediately the constant ache/pain went away. During appointments she uses massage and also looks at how my body is moving (and sadly....not moving). Beyond grateful for the telehealth I've been doing with Kelley. Even though I couldn't get in with anyone locally, she has made the process easy, effective and enjoyable. She takes time to listen and explain things clearly and can spot my mistakes through the screen. I am already feeling improvement in just a couple weeks and feel genuinely supported. Highly recommend!
