I paid $1700 Sharni in advance for products and services that I never received. This is after visiting the clinic for over 2 years (hence the level of trust). Its been 3 months now and Sharni has ignored my emails, texts and phone calls. I know I am not the only person to have been duped.....Businesses fail - I understand that - but have the integrity to face up to your responsibilities and customers!
