Mbodied Strength is an incredible workout space with a great team of trainers. They work with you as an individual to identify your strengths and areas of challenge and then tailor a program for you specifically, whether you are doing private or semi private sessions. There is lots of care and compassion along with great expertise on body mechanics and goal setting. Highly recommend!
Kellen is an absolutely fantastic trainer. He's very flexible and will work with you to adjust any moves, exercises, etc. to meet your goals and your body's unique limitations, and his energy and positive approach to fitness is great - he's encouraging without being overbearing. I've never been especially athletic, but I've absolutely gotten stronger by training at mBodied Strength, and it's had positive effects in the rest of my life.
I started going to MBodied in September of 2024, and have really enjoyed my experience. Kellen is so positive, kind, and encouraging and I have gone from dreading early morning wake ups to looking forward to my 7 am workouts at MBodied each week. I joined mBodied after a long break from weightlifting and strength training, hoping to regain strength and confidence in the gym. I attended semi-private personal training sessions with Melanie for three months, and she was fantastic, especially with my hypermobility issues. She paid close attention to form, modified exercises as needed, and ensured I stayed injury-free. The entire staff was welcoming. This place is amazing. I'm recovering from an injury. They have been incredible and are really focused on me building strength based on where I am. My workouts are the right level of challenge. No one is yelling at me or shaming me or trying to tell me to push through pain. The trainers still correct my form and encourage me to step it up when something is getting too easy.
