I've been going to Mbodied for about 8 months now and absolutely love it. Unlike previous gyms I've tried that focused on strength alone, this one helps with things like improving balance, stability, and addressing the various aches, pains, and tightness that come with sitting at my desk for too many hours every day. I can tell that the individualized support and planning is having an impact just two months into my classes. Our trainer, Hrishikesh, has helped me with form, specific exercises and stretches to handle whiplash and years of poor desk posture, and flexibility.
