Had an appointment for a Wednesday. A week later, they did absolutely nothing to my car to the point that it was just sitting in their lot for a week and I asked for the car back. I brought it in about a creak and a whistle in the drivers side window, I was told by the foreman they reqlly can't do much about that. It's a Mercedes-benz and I shouldn't have to just accept it. I had no idea MB of OC was there until my wife's car had a recall notice. Beautiful facility, very friendly professional people and the service was excellent! If you have an MB this is the place to have it serviced. Great place to buy a new MB as well.
