This process… let me tell you, it’s a PROCESS. However, MBN has done everything in their power to make this process as easy as possible. The communication, availability to answer questions, and overall desire towards perfection; perfect!
Our dream home has come to fruition! We are so close to moving in and I couldn't be more excited. We have had some hiccups along the way, no fault of MBN, and I have to comment on the communication. Our sales person and build Forman have been efficient and transparent in discussions, decisions, and problem solving. They have made this process so much easier for us. I can not wait to entertain in our forever home!

Working with MBN on the construction of our new home was an incredible experience. The process was smooth, on time, and had clear and consistent communication the whole way. Anytime we had questions or ideas their response was very fast and they always went over and above to fulfill what we were asking. They have an amazing team and would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to build a beautiful and high quality home!
Choosing a builder can be very stressful but we chose MBN as our first choice and we have been very happy with them. We have built with 2 other builders in the past and the experience with MBN process of building a home made everything easy! The design team- Kelsey and Hailee was exceptionally great! David was great in communicating with us with updates to our house. I would recommend MBN to anyone building their dream home.
