As a new comer to the area I have purchased a place in Jefferson on the lake. I needed a door on a building raised or replaced to allow for a higher entry. I emailed Cody at MBM and received a quick response. Advised me he would go look at project and call. Never received a return call and then I went by his office to personally speak with him. He advised me no problem he went and looked and would have the door man look and give me a price quote. I advised him great felt he was a fair person and I would have them do the job.... read more
Business response:
I had a couple of conversations with the customer, drove 60 miles round trip to his location, but didn't provide a price in a time he felt was adequate. Don't believe this calls for a poor review. The project is not something I was previously involved in project when it was originally built. I emailed the customer after the review explained that I didn't agree with review and wished him well.
I have used MBM Metal Buildings on several projects here at ******** **********. I have had no issues to date and will continue to request proposals from MBM for future projects. Always on time and meet my deadlines.
