Darrell didn't gouge me on pricing and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He told me I may need a connector due to ants, but after seeing the issue up close I see why.

The crew arrived on time and was prepared for anything that might happen… even a down pour of rain. The installation of my new unit was completed in the timeframe stated and they were all very kind and courteous during the installation.
