MBM is a great company. We have acquired many machines from them for several years, even in New Jersey. Service is impeccable and very fast. Cathy is very knowledgeable and friendly, and is always available for questions, comments or concerns. I highly recommend them.
If you need a business copier with service and have a company who answers all your needs. Call them. there website is easy to search. They don't over sell you!
My business leased a Kyocera CS-305 through MBM Business systems and the machine was good untill the lease ended. That is when we were hit with the $750 bill to return the machine. We were never told, at any time, that there would be a return charge of $750 at the end of the lease. We were told however that if we leased another machine thriough MBM that they would waive or cover the cost of the return charge. No Thank You.
