I had a very disappointing experience with this lash service. The application was uncomfortable, and the lashes did not last as promised. Within just a few days, many had fallen out, leaving my eyes looking uneven and messy. On top of that, the communication and professionalism were lacking, which made the overall appointment feel rushed and careless.
