Personable mechanic, great attention to detail and helpful throughout.
I can't recommend Andrew enough. He was incredibly transparent about costs—he broke everything down and even wrote it all out so I could clearly see where every dollar was going. As a woman, going to a mechanic can sometimes feel intimidating, but he made the whole experience feel safe and respectful. He’s honest, thorough, and gives a clear picture of the overall condition of my car without pushing unnecessary repairs. I trust him completely and wouldn’t go to anyone else.
Would not recommend entrusting your life to this mechanic. The apprentice failed to screw my front wheels back on after getting the suspension done, what a bloody legend. Then after years of using the service was lied to about what happened. I've previously referred my nearest and dearest to this mechanic. I spent a lot of money at this place and the last transaction nearly killed me.
