Called by receptionist to come in earlier for appointment- waited over 1.5 hours & went to enquire what was happening as others were coming in after me but going in and when as their appointment was after mine- one was even a walk in appointment She said she’d check - you are next was her reply - I said I’ve been for over 1.5 hours - she offered no apology or reason why !!
