Aragon by MBK homes gets ONE Stars for the designation of The Management Trust, HOA management company. There is something seriously wrong with how this HOA company is managing Aragon. This gated community is described as “upscale”, but is far from that. Although the townhomes are nice, the community grounds are poorly maintained, not regularly scheduled for landscaping, cleaning e.g. broken sprinkler heads, overgrown landscape, weeds.
