I recently had a terrible experience at MBJ’s Transmission & Auto Care. I brought my car in for what should have been a straightforward repair. They assured me they were using high-quality parts, but my car started having issues again just days after the repair. Upon taking it to another mechanic, I discovered that the parts MBJ’s Transmission & Auto Care had used were nothing but junk. After getting my car back, it quickly became apparent that the engine they installed was faulty. The car broke down again within a day, and when I returned to the shop to address the issue, the mechanic denied any responsibility and refused to provide a refund or even fix the problem.
They gave me my car said it was fixed and the lines blew and the car overheated on the highway and the steering wheel locked going 80mph almost lost my life spent another 1k in towing and 1.5k in car rental to get back home and I didn’t get no money back for it what’s so ever! mechanic said it was my fault when not even 24 after he cleared the car good as new it blew up on me he’s a negligent good for nothing can’t even fix the air conditioning unit on my vehicle (which he charged me for) even put dents my car and I gotta ju... read more
Very unprofessional. Not returning ever again. Staff is rude and try to drain your pockets over unnecessary services, the audacity. They try to scam you, don’t come here. My car was there for a year, and only AC needed fixing. What were they doing that whole time they were supposedly fixing my car, who knows. Avoid this place at all costs, there are better places to go to than this.
