MBI came and trimmed a small tree, a larger maple and a huge Oak. The work on the Oak was most impressive. They cut out the dead branches and using a lift and went higher than anyone has done before. The cost was less than others quoted and work was done above and beyond our expectations.
The MBI Team arrived on time and got to work right away. Our trees are trimmed and the roots above ground have been ground-up and perfectly cleaned up. We couldn't be happier with our overall experience. Highly recommend!
Estimator was on time and good price. Scheduling was not so good as there was no call ahead and just showed up. Actual work very good. Fell tree with excellent cleanup in 45 minutes. Stump removal was not completed on the scheduled day. Much communication about when the stump would be completed. Did receive call ahead for stump crew on way. Again excellent cleanup. After getting several quotes to have the neighbors' trees and brush cut back off our fence line, we decided to go with MBI Tree Service. And we are so happy we did! From the start, we spoke to Rae and she handled the scheduling from the estimate to the day they came. They were able to meet our time frame as we needed it done quickly to meet our schedule with having a new shed and fence installed in the upcoming weeks which is why we needed the trees and brush cut back in the first place. I can’t say enough about this company. Not only were they the most reasonable and professional company I have ever worked with but you couldn’t even tell they had been in our yard. They had a crew of five and everyone was certified and they even cut the tree up into lengths we requested because we wanted to keep the wood. They protected our lawn hauled off all the brush. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
