This “MBI tree service LLC” has terrible customer service and if I could put a ZERO stars, I would. I was trying to set an appointment with this company but then they canceled the appointment saying the crew was going off to New York because unfortunately, a big storm hit there. They pushed my appointment a couple weeks out then again they made another excuse to cancel because it was too cold to work outside. Great service and the employees work safely, as a team, and customer satisfaction. They do a great job cleaning up and are respectful for property and landscape that they work around.

Excellent service, very impressed by this company. Will absolutely do work with them again. Had a dead tree in the back corner of my lot in a very hard to access location, trapped between multiple intersecting fences, with limbs between utility wires. With high winds and spring storms, needed the tree removed before it caused worse damage to rooflines or the utility wires. This was not an easy job. A wind storm resulted in 2 very large trees falling on my roof and my neighbors tree uprooted as well. Her tree was barely held up by an another tree in my yard with high risk to fall into the yard at anytime. MBI arrived on time with a quote and due to risk of further damage to my home, dispatched a large team for the clean up immediately. They arrived in just over 2 hours and stayed to finish the job in spite of snowfall and darkness.
