After having our water heater repaired and still not getting hot water, we were told it must be an electrical problem. We called MBI Electric in East Hampton and within an hour Felipe Ibarra arrived. We could not have been more satisfied with his work. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He told us to wait 45 minutes and to check if we had hot water. We did! We would highly recommend Felipe to anyone who has an electric problem. He is knowledgeable, competent, and a pleasure to work with.
They identified the issue quickly the same day I called. I fully had power by noon the next day. They were communicative, prompt and professional. Highly recommend
