Worst customer service EVER! did I forget to mention my real hair is now falling out do to someone not knowing what she was doing to my head after waiting for a whole hour while having an appointment I’m so disappointed! I refuse to ever go back and I’d advise you think twice about going. Did I forget to mention Owner is beyond unprofessional and very ratchet!!!
The ladies there are wonderful and so is the owner but she needs to work on her customer service. I had faux locs done and within a week I had 2 fall out. She asked me to return, ok but then I was hospitalized. When I reached out to her again, because I was back home taking my locs out I noticed that some of them my ACTUAL hair was glued to the hair used to wrap the loc. she stated she couldn’t do anything because too much time had passed.
