Besides the occasional wait time to see a doctor (busy days are busy. Lol) I've never had a bad experience here. Physical therapy is great, they, just like the doctors take their time and listen to create a individualized plan per person. They're all always kind and respectful. This place definitely deserve more of a higher rating.
I have been going to MBI for a while now for physical Therapy, random drug screening through work, and DOT physicals etc. I have never had an issue with their ENTIRE team.Everyone there is nice from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. Like most establishments, they can get backed up, just breathe and wait. Throwing a fit won't make them see you faster. Also, for the drug screening, they aren't there to fail you.. I had a great experience at MBI -Casa Grande Office. The entire staff was accommodating, professional, and exceptionally helpful. Provider, Krystle, was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was handled with care. I also want to highlight Christy at the front desk—she went above and beyond to help me get my CDL medical clearance scheduled and completed smoothly. Their teamwork and dedication to patient care truly stood out. Highly recommend!
I've never felt more confident in a doctor is not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense.
