This clinic has such a poor service I depend on my CDL like many people out there And this place or people did not care about it On the 9 6 26 I went and had a dot physical done no problem With new government regulations now days, we as patients or people that have a CDL can not walk in mvd with our physical form and ask someone to assist you or put in the information for you, the clinic has to do it for you directly to the government offices that’s fine with me, but this clinic would not provide or put in the form, I recei... read more

Besides the occasional wait time to see a doctor (busy days are busy. Lol) I've never had a bad experience here. Physical therapy is great, they, just like the doctors take their time and listen to create a individualized plan per person. They're all always kind and respectful. This place definitely deserve more of a higher rating.

I have been going to MBI for a while now for physical Therapy, random drug screening through work, and DOT physicals etc. I have never had an issue with their ENTIRE team.Everyone there is nice from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. Like most establishments, they can get backed up, just breathe and wait. Throwing a fit won't make them see you faster. Also, for the drug screening, they aren't there to fail you..
