Little to no professionalism at all. Laughing and giggling the whole time. No sense of urgency or work. Older blonde on the left didn't even know how to do her job in the slightest. No record of appointment or authorizations sent over. She also gave me a written email of who to resend paperwork to, handwriting was quite literally illegible. They all were great from Jeremy in physical therapy to all the doctors and staff a good experience
I was here today for the second time at this facility. I want to give a shout out to Liz for going way out of her way to help me out with an issue that she didn't need to or wouldn't have had to. Thank you again. Very much appreciated. The rest of the staff there has always been helpful as well.
It’s sad that I have to leave such a low rating for this MBI. Jeremy in physical therapy was really good. The main provider, Mr Pickett, was really good. My low rating is because I had the unfortunate luck of seeing Dr Summers. Apparently, she was filling in for the regular provider on the week I went in to advise MBI I no longer needed treatment.
