Place was great fast clean friendly got my DOT card renewal. Even showed up early and got me in and out before my appointment time.
MBI was a great experience. Very professional! The team at the front desk were all very nice. They got me in for a DOT physical quickly. Nursing staff was friendly. Dr. Pickett was excellent.
Little to no professionalism at all. Laughing and giggling the whole time. No sense of urgency or work. Older blonde on the left didn't even know how to do her job in the slightest. No record of appointment or authorizations sent over. She also gave me a written email of who to resend paperwork to, handwriting was quite literally illegible.
