I had a very disappointing experience with Monika, her attitude is unbearable. She was incredibly difficult to work with and seemed completely uninterested in my preferences. Anytime I tried to express my opinion or ask for a minor adjustment, she dismissed me outright and acted like she knew better. On top of that, the color job she did on my hair was uneven.
