I’ve been going to their downtown location for years but this one is now closer. Julia is so quick and meticulous! She understood what I wanted and the lashes turned out so good. I will definitely be going back to her!
I had a bad experience please please go elsewhere the owner and the managers lack in customer service and do not care. I hope my review helps one of the readers. I was booked for a classic full set. I’ve had classic full sets done elsewhere previously and have not had experienced this before. When my lash tech Julia Koo was done applying my lashes my eyes were burning really bad I had mentioned this to her while she was applying the lashes, and she said it is the glue and my eyes may be sensitive. i love getting my lashes here regularly! i recommend going to julia for a classic set. she’s super nice and does a perfect job :)
Joy is absolutely amazing. She did my 13 year old daughter's lash lift and tint and the result was so natural and pretty. My daughter loves her new lashes. This is a really nice first time experience for her. Thanks to Joy. :)
