In my experience I found that Keith has extensive home construction expertise, an impressive ability to diagnose problems and reasonable resolution options for anything. My home is a 120 year old stucco house which had a steel post floor beam post failing in the basement. I would highly recommend Keith and his team. We purchased an MBD model home mid-construction and it has been a wonderful experience. After six months in the home, we could not be more impressed in the quality of their craftsmanship. His entire team, Danielle and Dwayne were a pleasure to work with and very attentive to our needs through the entire process.
