In my experience I found that Keith has extensive home construction expertise, an impressive ability to diagnose problems and reasonable resolution options for anything. My home is a 120 year old stucco house which had a steel post floor beam post failing in the basement. After six months in the home, we could not be more impressed in the quality of their craftsmanship.
