Going on 4 hours waiting to get loaded. Been told multiple times should only be a few more minutes. Only truck here to be live loaded.
I had driver here at delivery, he was empty fast! He deliver coils, in less then 1h he got empty and ppwk in hands!
Our company has used MBCI for 7 years now. We purchase roofing, siding and trim components. Sales staff, Colette and Linda do a great job. The plant does a very thorough job crating trim. Never had a problem with material arriving with damage. Would have given them 5 stars, but sometimes drivers do not always keep us updated with ETA.
