I scheduled an appointment in March, which they canceled the same day due to a family emergency—understandable, things happen. But after that, I called every 3–4 weeks trying to reschedule, and each time I was told they were too busy. This week, I called again and was finally told they wouldn’t be able to do the job at all. Completely unprofessional.
