I would have to agree with others here about professionalism. It's definitely something lacking in their interaction. I think it stems from lack of knowledge and competency in tax law. This was my situation with Mary where she could not answer some basic questions around capital gains and when I tried to clarify the gaps in her knowledge she acknowledged them but progressively became confrontational. Please guys don't go to this tax business. Horrible customer, bad service, lazy tax filing and they're going to take your money and move on. Dont go by the fake 5 stars, theyre putting that themselves. Read the 1 or 2 stars, those are the real people. Don't go, Don't do it.
