Called a very well rated local vendor and got a quote to replace 1 $100 controller board for 1500, after a cheap initial visit fee. I called MBA mechanical after I saw them leaving our building one day (nice truck!), and it turns out they had originally installed my unit! They found that the part was still under warranty, and did the work for a very reasonable amount of labor cost, and rapidly.
