We used MBA for our new kitchen cabinets, and we were extremely happy we did. Lou's design skills were superb and we're thrilled with the finished product. Most importantly, if anything ever goes wrong (even when it's your kids' fault), Lou and Nick are super responsive and come right over and fix the issue -- no charge, they just stand behind their products. Very happy customer.
I paid for some cabinets that arrived incomplete they said would order the missing pieces and 3 months later still nobody have idea about it but over that just have very rude attitude the dad is nice but the son is insane ANSWER TO YOU ANSWER nobody never mentioned coming to measure YOU’RE LIYING and if you don’t let me know the piece was there I can’t go get it are you guys just confirming what I said about you poor and mediocre service THANK YOU!
Anytime I’ve had an interaction with someone who lives in the building or works here is just so rude. It’s hard being neighbors and living right next to them. They care more about appearances than being kind. It sucks
Lou listened to the design ideas I had but besides that this company is not worth your time. The quality is a joke. See for yourself in the pictures below. I spent a ton of money a few years ago and these cabinets didn’t hold up at all. When I contacted them to ask what color the cabinets were so I could touch up to match, I wasn’t given an answer. The team at MBA Cabinetry was a pleasure to work with when renovating our kitchen. We had an issue with the paint on the hood of our stove after installation and they took care of the issue promptly. They were great with layout questions and they have everything you could need in house but are low pressure. I highly recommend working with this team.
